  • Their mission:

    To bring glory and honor to our Lord Jesus Christ through service to women in Africa by meeting a physical need as an avenue to demonstrate Christ's love and share His Gospel with them.

    What does Project Patricia do?


    Project Patricia makes cloth, reusable maxi pads and sends them with Missionaries to be distributed to women and girls of menstruating age.

    • Mahanaim Intercession Team


    In 1997, Mahanaim started as an interdenominational Intercession Expressive Worship Team in Cape Town, South Africa. The team has travelled to countries such as Israel, Armenia, Russia, Turkey, Egypt, Ukraine and Bangkok for intercession, ladies conferences and expressive worship workshops. They have accompanied Hands on Africa on numerous outreaches to Malawi, Kenya and Sierra Leone. Mahanaim has a calling to pray for revival of the people of the United States and have travelled through the country since 2011 for intercession, ladies conferences and ministrering in churches and schools. They also accompanied Hands on Africa on an outreach to Middelburg, Eastern Cape, South Africa.

    • SKNlogic

    SKNLOGIC skin care has partnered with Hands on Africa, a non-profit organisation that erects orphanages, health care centres, eye clinics and widow centres in rural Africa.


    Karin Theunissen, the founder of SKNLOGIC and Natasha Adriaanse, the General Manager joined Hands on Africa, a non-profit organisation, on an outreach programme to their orphanage in Sierra Leone in June 2012.


    SKNLOGIC has started the Sowing good seeds initiative in which we donate the proceeds from the sale of our Seed bracelet to Hands on Africa and the work they are doing amongst the children of Africa.
